MODEL 11Basic Bare Sheet Metal Chassis
The Model 11 configuration is the minimum basic chassis. The only electrical components are the
AC line filter and fuse holder. Users of this configuration would install ALL of their own
internal components. All of the chassis sizes are available in the Model 11 configuration.

MODEL 16Mass Storage Subsystem Chassis
The Model 16 configuration is designed for Mass Storage Subsystem applications. The chassis
include all the required components and wiring. You just add drives and data/control cables.
The VCV, VJV and VHV are the most suitable choices for the Model 16 configuration.

MODEL 2xCard-Cage-Only Chassis
The Model 2x chassis provide all of the components required for a main (or expansion)
Card-Cage-Only Chassis. Just add the VME cards and I/O cables. The Model 20 provides a
rear-access card cage while the Model 28 is front-access. The VCV, VJV and VHV are the best
chassis for the model 2x configurations, holding 5, 7 and 12-slots respectively. The VLV
chassis can mount a top-access 21-slot card cage on special order.

MODEL 3xIntegrated System Chassis
The Model 3x chassis are the foundation for fully "integrated" (card cage AND mass storage)
systems. Mounting for up to four 5¼" full-height drives is available in the front of
the chassis, while a card cage with up to 12 slots is accessible from the rear. Card cages
with up to 5 slots may be front-access at the expense of some of the drive bays. All chassis
except the VKV are appropriate for Model 3x configurations.
