CUSTOM NOMENCLATURE
AND SURFACE TREATMENTS

	Standard Black Enamel with a Medium Texture Zoltech's standard front panels are painted with Black enamel that is baked on. To minimize the appearance of fingerprints, they have a medium texture applied. This is the starting point for customizing your panels with special nomenclature and colors.
	Silkscreen over Standard Panel Standard Silkscreen Colors In this case, a standard panel was silkscreened over with two standard colors: Red then White to give the system the customer's product identification and their logo. Using standard process colors reduces the cost, particularly in small quantities.
	Silkscreen over Modified Panel Custom Silkscreen Colors In this example, the detail of the logo prevented simply silkscreening it over the standard medium textured panel. We had to create a non-textured panel, then apply the 2-color silkscreened logo and then place the clear texture on top of that. In addition, the customer wanted to match the special ink colors in the corporate logo, requiring specially mixed inks. Any Pantone / PMS color, including metallics can be matched.
	Custom Panel Color Standard or Special Color This customer needed a custom color to match existing equipment in a rack. The panel was painted to the customer specifications. Again, standard colors save money, but any FED-STD-595 or Cardinal color can be provided.
Any combination of basic panel color and nomenclature or graphic silkscreen overlay can be provided to meet your functional requirements and make your product appearance unique and attractive.
