INTRODUCTION

Zoltech is the last remaining independent manufacturer of complete Q-Bus chassis and systems. The VQ-11 Family is our line of standard Q-Bus chassis.

VQ-11 Empty Chassis EMPTY CHASSIS

The VQ-11 Family provides the ultimate in Q-Bus versatility. A single family of modular chassis accomodates vitually any system requirement. There is no need to compromise your requirements to squeeze into DEC's standard pre-packaged product.

Our Q-Bus products range from empty chassis to complete turnkey systems. Mounting options include rack mount, table top and tower. Ready to use chassis are available in three configurations:

"Integrated" chassis, with card cage and mass storage
Card Cage Only chassis, standalone and expansion
Mass Storage Only expansion chassis

Q-Bus chassis are available in the VQ-11 Family with card cages from 4 dual slots to 16 quad slots, front or rear access. Mass storage bays (in integrated and mass storage only chassis) range from a single full height 5¼" space to four full height 5¼" spaces. We still suppport systems with 8" drive bays. Of course, any 5¼" drive bay will hold a 3½" drive with an appropriate adapter.
